I just send them email the following email address
consulado@manchester.dgaccp.pt and they gave me the appointment and also need to mention them when do you want to renew,they will reply but it takes long .
Hi, I lost my driving licence in UK. I went to report my lost driving licence at police station but they said to contact portugal authority. Can you tell me what I am suppose to do. Please reply at shokar8281@gmail.com

Is anyone having difficulties in booking appointment through their website?? I managed to book an appointment for renewing my BI in London, but not for the passport, I have been checking their website for days but all the time slots on the calender are appear as white and not a single one of them is available...is anyone having the same issue?
Also does anybody know if the Consulate at Manchester still offer the renewal services? As I actually went to Manchester to renew my passport and BI a few years ago, and this time I tried to email them but no reply
