I have been emailing and emailing I am reaching my limit time of applying for CC. and no one reply's what kind of service is this ?
I am working and really need to get it sorted please stop being ignorant and reply back as some people actually want to get something sorted !
if is to be ignored please somebody let me know as I am think in suing for neglect. as somewhere in this Service somebody is being paid for drinking coffee or doing nothing.
Im trying to apply for a visa to go to Portugal. Emailed them, no response. Called them, doesn't answer. really appalling service. Not sure what to do now.

i have registered a birth of my children in Consulate General of Portugal in Manchester,they have not issue me a original birth certificate (assento de nasimento) copy to me.
