I would like to start by expressing what many here think but don't say.
What's the point of having a phone number if you're going to have an automated message telling me to email in if i want an appointment.
Well has it occurred to you that maybe not everyone is after appointments but perhaps people are just after information?!
Or are you saying that i have to book an appointment, wait months and travel to Manchester just to ask a question?
I really hope the answer to that question is NO.
If so then how do i go about getting information without having to spend an arm and a leg travelling to Manchester?
