本人的葡萄牙護照己於12-10-2010己過期,想更換一本新的葡萄牙護照是否可於網上預約登記,另外我的葡萄牙出世紙及白卡都一並過期是否要先更換葡萄牙出世紙及白卡才可更換葡萄牙護照,以及是否所有更換程序都要我本人親身到領事館辦理?可否由親人代表處理呢?因我居於香港.

Dear Madam/Sir,
My passport will expire on 10 May 2012.However, i will visit United Kingdom and Switzerland during 18 Dec-3 Jan. According to the regulations, I can only renew my passport which will expire within 6 months. So, should I renew my passport before my trip?
If I need renew my passport,How long can I get the new passport ?
