Just would like to inquire if a Birth Certificate of a portuguese national could be authenticated without the personal appearance of the person who is in the Philippines as the requirement in applying for a temporary residence visa. May we send the Certified thru copy thru courier or you will require original. pla advise...

Could you tell me how can get a visa for my gf that lives in the Philippines? WE are very fallen in love and we wanted to be together and build a life together. I?m very desperate by now... Could anyone from the Portuguese embassy in Jakarta please reply to this? I have been desperately trying to contact you for the last month using all the available means of communication except snail mail.
The emails bounce back (even with the site's mailer!). Nobody ever answers the phone.
Can you please post an updated or alternate email address (the bounce backs always say that the user is over-quota)?

I was sending my visa application last week of april 2011, and its my second time to go to Portugal i hope this time i know what would be the results for that.. and i am also sending email thru the email address u posted but everytime i sent it its failure delivery and i am also contacting the number u have nobody answer the calls.. hoping for your kind considerations thank you... and i do beleive u done well,as i experienced it the first time I applied my visa...
