Dear sir,
We inform you have to provide the following documents to the Embassy, you have to fill the application form by net using this link http://www.secomunidades.pt/web/guest/PostosConsulares.

1. Study Visa (National Visa):
a) Application form, with photo, dully filled and signed;
b) Original passport;
c) Birth certificate, character certificate and Nikah Nama of applicant;
d) 5 recent photographs of applicant in white background;
e) Copy of National Identity card of applicant;
f) Authorization statement to consult the Portuguese criminal record (only above 16 years old, document provided at the Embassy);
g) Health insurance, according to Schengen rules;
h) Police Character / Clearance Certificate issued by National Police Bureau, Ministry of Interior;
i) Proof of high studies admission in a accredited academic institution in Portugal;
j) All educational documents (original and one attested copies);
k) Bank statement showing sufficient money to afford the expenses of study in Portugal;
l) Other financial documents (property documents, tax documents, proof of family business, etc) to show the financial means to study in Portugal;
m) Sponsorship Letter / Affidavit (in case of applicants financed by third party);
n) Proof of residence conditions;
o) Marriage Certificate (in case of married applicant) or marital status certificate issued by concerned Union Council, etc (in case of unmarried applicant);
p) Marriage Registration Certificate of applicant issued by NADRA (in case of married applicant);
q) Family Registration Certificate of applicant, issued by NADRA (in case of married applicant);
r) Travel booking on any airline;
