Yes its must. Your documents will not be acceptable until you get the attestation from Portuguese embassy.

around 4 weeks after submission of the documents
keep trying, they will answer your call. Documents attestation will take around 2 months.
i submitted documents about 12 days ago and still no call from lawyer.whats normal time about lawyer fees and visit to my area?
