DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
The following documents are essential for a complete visa application and should be submitted as originals
1. Application form completely filled and signed by the applicant.
2. Two Recent (not older than six months) passport-size photographs in color with white background. (3.5cm / 4.5cm). (Do not staple).
3. Passport copy (front and last page on single page).
4. Copy of the Permission/Notification of Reunification of Family (Deferimento) from SEF. From Portugal.
5. Police Clearance Certificate issued from Passport Office (not require for minors below sixteen years). Attested by Ministry,
the same PCC has to be translated into Portuguese,
6. Birth Certificate (Only for Children) / For Spouse Marriage Certificate. Attested by Ministry of Foreign Affair.
7. Overseas travel medical insurance valid for 6 months for all Schengen-countries .The insurance has to cover the applicant for at least 30,000 Euros or equivalent, for all risks e.g. accident, illness, medical emergency evacuation etc. The policy has to clearly specify the period of validity and has to cover the entire duration of the trip including the date of arrival and departure.
8. Declaration form granting SEF (Foreign and Borders Office) permission for consulting criminal record in Portugal (not required for minors below sixteen years). Please click here to download SEF form for the applications submitted under the jurisdiction of consulate general of Portugal in Goa.
9. Sponsorship Proof:
o Sponsorship letter (Termo de Responsabilidade)
o Copy of Passport
o Copy of Residence Permit (should be valid)
10. Residence Proof:
o Copy of Residence/Rent contract copy (should be valid)
o Copy of Rent receipts for the last three (03) months
11. If the Sponsor is working.
o Copy of Declaration/Work Contract from the Company
o Copy of Salary Slips for the last three (03) months
o Copy of IRS (Income Tax Returns) for the last three (03) years
12. Personal Bank Statement for the last 1 year of the Sponsor.
13. Marriage / Family Photographs to be carried at the time of interview

BUSINESS VISA
buisness visa mai apko buisness inviation atta hai pourtgal mai kisi business company sa apki company ko apka naam per . business visa ka lia zarori hain ka ap pakistan mai well settled business keraha ho proper tex pay kerta ho or bohat hee ahca ho agar apki company na pala kisi or company ka sath business kia ho. this is buisness visa.
