i need information regarding about police clearance certificate

i need information regarding about police clearance certificate anyone apply for residence in Portugal.
did he need police clearance certificate from all his last country.
my means that if he belongs to Pakistan and work in UAE and he went to visit like Thailand, Singapore and all countries.
did he need from all of them police clearance certificate.

Visit visa

1. Short-stay visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant. In case of minor(s), form should be
signed by both parents.

2. Two (2) recent photographs of the applicant, with a plain background.

3. An ordinary passport or other recognised travel document valid for at least three months from the expiry
date of the visa applied for. This document must have at least two empty pages. Please bring previous
passports, if any, and attach with application copies, on A4 size paper, of used pages.

4. Photocopy of your national ID card

5. Third country nationals residing in Pakistan must provide supporting documents attesting to the legality and
the authorised duration of their residence here.

6. If you have been refused a visa by an Embassy or high Commission in the last two years, written
explanation about reason for trip and refusal

7. Original and photocopy of Marriage/Family Registration Certificate issued by NADRA (in English or with
a certified translation if in Urdu) and legalized by the Foreign Affairs Ministry.

8. For underage children (under 18) travelling with a single parent, a written consent of the other parent is
required with photocopy of his CNIC card.

9. Original signed letter of the applicant’s company/employer stating name, position, salary, duration of
employment, address and contact numbers of the employer, purpose and duration of visit to the Schengen
state(s). If the applicant is a “student”, original signed letter from the applicant’s school/college or
University.

10. Supporting documents of personal income :
 Original bank statements of the last six months
 National Tax Number Certificate (NTM) for the previous two years and proof of
income tax payment (FBR)
 Last three salary slips

11. Accommodation proof. If the person you are visiting in Portugal is also responsible for your means of
support, then he/she should write a letter confirming this and attach :
 copy of his/her bank statements of the last 3 months ;
 copy of his/her last three salary slips ;
 copy of his/her last tax form ;
 copy of a recent utility bill ;
 copy of his identity card/passport, if Portuguese citizen, or Portuguese resident card
if not
 any original AND copy of document (NADRA family registration form, B-form…)
showing family relationships between the applicant and the sponsor (in English or
with a certified translation if in Urdu).

12. Copy of flight booking(s).

13. Original AND copy of a travel medical insurance policy of not less than 30,000 Euros. The policy must
cover medical and hospitalisation expenses for the entire period of valid stay on Schengen territory as well

12. Original AND copy of a travel medical insurance policy of not less than 30,000 Euros. The policy must
cover medical and hospitalisation expenses for the entire period of valid stay on Schengen territory as well
as repatriation costs. Consult valid list of authorized insurance companies in Pakistan as agreed by
Schengen partners in Islamabad.

Short-stay visa on a Diplomatic or Official Passport

1. A diplomatic/ service/ official passport or valid travel document recognised by Portugal valid for
at least three months from the expiry date of the visa applied for. The travel document must have at least
two fresh pages.

2. Short-stay visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant.

3. Two (2) recent photographs of the applicant, with a plain background.
4. A verbal note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State that has issued the passport or the
diplomatic or consular mission of the sending State, including for personal visits.
This verbal note must mandatorily mention:
- the identity of the passport holder (surname, given name(s), date of birth);
- their designation (or the relationship justifying the possession of a diplomatic/ official
passport);
- type and number of the travel document being used;
- the purpose and dates of the stay in the Schengen Area or Portuguese overseas territories.

5. For official passports for personal visits only : Copy of travel medical insurance policy of not
less than 30,000 Euros. The policy must cover medical and hospitalisation expenses for the entire period
of valid stay on Schengen territory as well as repatriation costs. Consult list of authorized insurance
companies in Pakistan as agreed by Schengen partners in Islamabad

6. The application may be accompanied with any other document that would help better understand
and process the application.
If required, the Portuguese consular service may request for additional documents: civil status of
the accompanying family members, consent letter for a minor travelling outside Pakistani territory, etc.

Hello.i want so help.i want to apply for visit visa with my wife and child.can any one know that does Portugal accepts to give us visit visa.?I hve been reading bad things that portugal embassy does not response on visit visa.any one have ever got visit visa accepted? Waiting please somebody answer me.
