I don't think so. Embassy might issue few passports on Monday, very few people can take Monday or Tuesday flight and Wed is Darbar. After 11 Julyvisa is of no use

I have applied for Portugal Visit visa with my family. I am daily visiting Gerrys office for passport update. At counter, they have showed list of how many passports are received.
