First of all you have to be a permanent resident from last 5 years. Than Portuguese language certificate than other things. Etc.

Brother case strong and week sy kya mathlab hai I mean to say that jab portagal sy ap ko yi mily ky ap pakistan sy visa ky ly applay kary tho yi kis tharha ka case hotha hain strong ya week pleassss bathay bai
SEF letter un logo ko milta ha jin ky pass residence card ha aur woh apni family ko lana chahty hain. Woh SEF sy appeal kar k lena prta ha. K ma apni family ko afford kar skta hun ap kindly mujy mangwany ki ijazat dein. Tu phir SEF ijazat ka SEF letter deta ha.
