Someone on my behalf talked with embassy in Lisbon and they were reluctant to admit that embassy will reopen in December or even in January. Half of December will be holidays in Europe so it makes sense as well.

I think February will be a better estimate.

The people who are worried about the expiry of the invitation documents... should not be worried because they will accept even expired dates documents as well... just pray if they will reopen in at least January.

Embassy is not permanently closed. Stop spreading rumors. It may not open in December though. Most probably in January or February.
