It's a really attestation it's real news
For the attestation of the documents you must contact to the Ministry of foreign affairs in Lisbon, there is separate building for the attestation of the documents.all you need, just go there and ask them to attest and these attested documents are accepting by SEF and civil registry (consevetaŕio do registo civil)
