My dad is of Portuguese descent who emigrated to Mozambique around about 1960-1965. His name was Carlos Jose Rodrigues and my mothers name is Maria Rossi Premji. He should of re located back to Portugal during the war in Mozambique. How best can i trace him.

I an the National Secretary of The Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Zimbabwe.
The President of the Society in Zambia intends to travel to Portugal in at the beginning of June 2014. There is no Portuguese Embassy in Zambia and we have been asked to assist. Please advise us on the way forward.
