REOPENING OF PUBLIC ATTENDANCE



All appointments that were assigned since the Consulate General's closing date to the public, have been canceled and new dates will be reassigned in the coming months.

It should be noted that the Consulate-General remains closed to the public, with passport and / or citizen card renewals only being met in a staggered and careful manner, in order to continue to guarantee the security of all.

The Consulate-General will contact the users by telephone in order to assure the possibility of their appearance.

When contacted, be sure to bring the following documents:



RENEWAL OF PASSPORT OR CITIZEN CARD:

- two recent photographs (passport size, white background);

- copy of the birth and marriage registration (assento de nascimento and casamento);

- original and a copy of the last BI / CC (identity card / citizen card, valid or expired);

- original and a copy of the passport;

- original and a copy of proof of address;

- printed copy of the email received.



COLLECTION OF PASSPORT OR CITIZEN CARD:

- original receipt of the application (only applicable to citizen card renewals);

- receipt of payment of the citizen card/ passport;

- original identification document (passport, B.I. or C.C.);



Entry to the premises of this Consulate-General will only be allowed to those who come with:

- protective mask for nose and mouth (preferably also face shield);

- blue ink pen;

- exact amount in rupees (please consult the fees table for the intended consular act);



Due to the high number of users waiting for the opportunity to process their consular act, whenever a call is not answered, the respective name will be moved to the end of the waiting list and the appointment will be occupied by the next user.
