Comments on this Consulate-General
No I am not aware of the process but other people on this forum with more experience may have some idea.
Do you know if i can get it corrected and how do i go about doing that?
It will be an issue. Your agent is correct.
My mother's pre sixty one birth registration is under process.
I have all her papers in order.
she was born in nineteen forty march in Bombay and registered three months later in Goa.
However on her birth registration papers her parents third name is not mentioned. Likewise on her Baptism and marriage too.
However On her parent's Birth and Marriage documents their third names are mentioned. Will this be an issue?
Earlier the agent said the third name of my mother's parents not being mentioned on my mother's birth and marriage registration is not an issue. Now they're insisting that it will be an issue. Can someone help me please with their advice? Also please tell me, if i need to get the third name correction done on my mother's birth registration papers, how can i go about doing that? My mother is from North Goa. Thank you.
Once you’re resident in Ireland or Germany your spouse doesn’t require any document other than those required to prove the relationship i.e a marriage certificate. I’d recommend you first visit the country before deciding to settle there. The UK has significant Goan communities (like Swindon) which make integration easier, but there no such communities in either Ireland or Germany. Also, there is a significant cultural difference (with Germany, not Ireland) that you’ll have to get used to.
My wife just applied for her French Schengen visa in Mumbai. The VFS schengen visa center is open but via prior appointment and only for certain categories of visas, EU spouses being one of them.
These are the documents she submitted,
- Notarized Copy of my Portuguese Passport
- Notarized Copy of our Marriage certificate
- Her Indian passport
Note - Document requirements for EU spouses are extremely limited and you don’t need to provide any proof of income, travel, stay or health insurance.
Can Anyone help me in Correction in Birth & Marriage Certificate in Goa & in obtaining Resident certificate
why Birth Certificate of spouse is necessary for registering marriage of parents in CRC, where one person is born in Goa while other is not from Goa?
Why are you so upset?? M not samuel nor karol.
