Are there still.jobs in UK even after pandemic
My parent had to make affidavit in order to add corrected grandparents name on their certificates and passport. What if u register ur parent birth where u got the baptism from(village) and move to changing it at bmc. Mayb inquire with an advocate.
All documents are based(recorded) in Goa. Even my grandmothers teor book is missing in office. But her birth is registered using church baptism.

Currently landing job market everywhere is very difficult due to economic disaster covid and will recommend if you find job from india itslef before going to ireland since and rent and living expenses is huge the day when you land in ireland you should try for job search
Try indeed /linkedin and other job site to find if you have Portuguese passport
If u cant find than you approach the one agent in panjim.he will get you job if he has job for your profile
