My birt is already registered
In my Portuguese birth certificate my first name and last name is there which is Chris fernades.
My dad's name is paul Fernandes
My mother's name is Mary Pereira in my birth which is her maiden name.
I need to find out, but I have heard that his works are great and genuine and cheap compared to others.
So does anyone know him or have done work thru him?

But do u hav ur pai e mãe indian birth certificates? Rest doc. u have. U can attach this to affidavit. And if bmc is not doing so what will they do. My father's same case.

My birth has correct names
Rest I have corrected all my other documents aadhar pan voters card etc
But Indian passport parents names are big difference of my mother maiden name
Fathers name is minor
They need death of both to correct Indian passport
Their teor and marriage have correct names
N even the documento para Viagem original with photo
But they wouldn't budge
They aware it seems about goan properties and passport work so

John is right mentioning the affidavit. Hope Nevas birth certificate have correct parents name on it. If not she has to get correct names on parents indian birth certificate. If not refer to Nascimento and casamento.
You first submit an application for correction along with necessary documents to the health department in your BMC ward. They call you back after fifteen days and an officer verifies your documents. You have to pay that officer.
Btw as long as your parents names in your own municipal birth matches their nascimento and casamento details the registry will register your birth. Minor differences in their names in your passport can be justified with an affidavit.
I'm also referring to documents needed to correct ur parent name on passport. So do u have their indian birth, civil certificates. If u have them u can correct. U had mentioned earlier u only have their baptism. If u hav their original recorded birth certif. It can help u
