I have done my birth registration
through agent.
When I applied for CC on website it only ask for Nascimento.
Thank you for mentioning only Portuguese birth. If ur birth is correct u don't need ur parents death u have to renew ur indian passport n see this time it's correct. So also U have to get ur parents indian birth from district collector if born in North goa or south because they have birth registered (teors) before goa liberation.

They were born in goa before sixtyone
They have the ones in Portuguese only
I was born in Mumbai
And john it's not about registering the birth in Portugal it's when I need to submit my Indian passport the names must tally so that I can travel
Or else you can't affidavit don't count anymore they say.
If anyone has any contact in bmc or Indian passport office Mumbai do let me know

U mean Neva can register name in Portuguese registry. But my father was asked to correct his mother's spelling mistake on his birth and passport which we did. If not Nevas Nascimento after registration won't match her indian birth and passport required for CC. Hope I have got what u say is right. Thank you.
You can justify that with an affidavit. Registos Centrais transcripts your assento based on the municipal birth. You can add the other supporting documents and your birth should get registered even with differences in your parents names in the passport.
Did u upload a copy of Nascimento and indian passport for CC?
Sorry in my indian passport it is mentioned as Mary Paul Fernandes and not the previous message what I wrote
