See degree is not an issue as i know many who brought fake one's in India while moving abroad but what am i saying is in Germany anyone will face a huge competation plus their rule of double tax is basically a big bummer while the national pension scheme there is facing very low payouts then normal so it's just not worth it.

To get a good job in most European countries you will require a degree. I have not been to Germany, but it’s the same in Norway. Although in Norway everyone speaks English.
Most white collar jobs in Norway require atleast a basic undergraduate degree.

I wish you were right but understand that EU won't give in so easily for UK as it will only set example to others to leave the block and enjoy the same trade and other free market for all so it's all now wait and watch.

Well Germany are obsessed with Degree's even for small post you won't find job's there easily also the language barrier is a lot they purposely dislike anyone who speaks English even if they know they will pretend and force you to talk in their native language.

The UK economy is in a precarious position currently. UK debt is at the highest levels since World War Two. It will take time to see the effects.

Once furlough ends, inflation will increase.

Lack of job applicants = Higher wages = Higher prices = Inflation

The EU is also scheduled to block London from clearing Euros in a couple of years.
London clears two trillion euros a day and hundred thousand jobs are dependent on that.

Once that happens the UK economy could very easily collapse.
The UK is now all alone with nobody to support it.

There are vacancies in UK by they are hiring only people on merit points based system as skilled and unskilled
Also only people the UK needs will be given preference
They don't provide tax rebate anymore to immigration

Companies who were to leave already left and with new trade Deals new companies are coming in who have already agreed to the demands of UK regarding labor force

So technically no ones leaving UK

It's only that the process has been stricken

Those who are discouraging other's against going to EU then let me just tell you ! Currently UK is in worst condition more then one million job Vacancy but no one to join and if this continues you will definitely see these same industries moving out of UK soon untill and unless they soften their immigration rules like before for rest EU people and talking about other country like Norway and Sweden their minimum pay starts from twenty euros unlike in UK where it's ten to twelve pounds sure the tax rates are high but just an idea to other's don't lose hope you will be just fine in any EU country just avoid Germany...
