Toms case is of second reverification which means his case will be kept pending unregistered it already passed the que where new documents were added so now this case won't again go in fresh que but will be held pending till his advocates submit whatever is needed to register it. So basically it has to be challenged by the advocates to register the birth.

Lastly it is to be checked by agents that all documents are correct before submitting. Here the error is on the part of agent and the advocates in Portugal too

I am the agent but wont reveal my name because they are crafty people here and they start abusing you for no reason

For pre sixty all your document is resend for the manual verification to Goa Consulate if the birth and marriage are not verifiable online .this happens after three months from your process entry in CRC , the verification can be stuck in Goa which we don't know when this consulate staff process the verification process , your verification will not come after two yrs. of process entry .that's means your agents has not submitted the document and it might have come after the document has submitted

remember any document which is additional documents it will be go the the fresh que means the process which should have been completed by three ys will take six yrs for pre sixty one
for after sixty one there is no que

Hope this clear the doubts of all people here
