His case now is different

It will be termed as stuck process
Such case needs to be challenged by a competent lawyer and explained. It has to why the case missed the second que of reverification
Even his lawyer's can do it if they good enough

No way you will get the fast tracking of process if you are requested by crc to submit additional document if yours is pre sixty one
You will have to wait for three more years to get the Reanalysis que to come
So no chance thats the reality
Ask ur agent if he tells you if can be done quick than he is lying
You need to wait three plus yrs for your que to come
Sorry for that

Sorry for the late reply and thank you for the kind words of encouragement.

Linda - I will contact your advocate. I'm just waiting for kds to reply first as he is my first choice.

Brandon and Ade - I am in the proces of gettingy old document. Not sure how the agent missed it but I'm trying to be positive.

Avoid dealing with these crooks if possible. They're well-known for over promising and under delivering. There are many agents and lawyers as pointed out by others. Get in touch with advocate vilma vas alvares near don bosco panjim or advocate maclean fernandes in margao
