I have been following this forum for some time now. I need your guidance. I have my dad's nascimento -stage one and casamento - stage two. I need to register my birth -stage three. I am born in mumbai. Hence kindly advise what documents I need to submit for my birth registration. Also please advise the complete procedure i.e. translation, notary, attestation and apostille.
Yes I had applied on twenty second June .. the first day when the consulate re opened..once I get the appointment means you ppl will get soon… currently they are doing of seventeenth april..one of my friends got last week ..
Bribes inside the consulate????....dont think so....but still..I might be wrong on this one...
The delay is due to a large number of applicants and not completely the Consulate’s fault. The situation is the same in other countries with many applicants. For example the UAE consulate has stopped new cartao appointments and as someone mentioned the Israel consulate takes two years to grant appointments
They are doing it on purpose everyone inside knows they are giving allotments to people who bribe them through strong reference from minister's ! If they wanted they could have sorted it out quickly but no instead they want to create a bottleneck to loot money.
The consulate in goa is not doing any work they are coming and doing work very slow.they are getting their salary very nice . they re not bothered about u all. For them only corona is the reason thts why it is delayed for appointment it seem. All over world every thing is going on. Even Russia dubai uk is open.
Wow...looks like its gonna take forever with cartao appointments....applied for CC renewal last week of July..looking for next year maybe for appointment
This seems to be the normal number of applicants allowed in since they started the appointment system.
Ten for Cartao, Ten for Passport and there are others for Visa, Nationality, Power of Attorney, Consular Registration etc.
Appointments are only given from nine to ten thirty.
The first appointment is for entry, they give you a second token once you enter. The consulate closes from one thirty till two thirty for lunch and then people enter in for collection of documents
The Ten Appointment are they fixed per day or is it due to virus maybe they will increase the nos of appointments per day henceforth
