Yes, that’s correct, your parents marriage has to be registered before you can apply for nationality. It takes around one to three months to register their marriage

After yr parents birth..than comes marriage regtn. Of yr parents...than only yr birth regstn..process will start cause you need yr parents docs for yr regn.

You will need an Indian/foreign passport to apply. You would also need your municipal birth. It should take around a year to get your birth registered in Lisbon.
