I started calling many times this morning from ten thirty am to one pm.
I too tried both numbers, but same , one number always comes bzy and other number gives options and then rings, nobody picks the phone.
I tried both the numbers but I guess I tried at the wrong time. They are available from Eight Thirty to Ten Thirty I guess. I called at around Eleven thirty.
