As I know UAE does not have ' Perminant Residence ( PR) but they have Residence visa system. Kindly clerify.

Permanent residence for which country?
You will have to verify your permanent resident status with the country that has issued you the PR status, if your Indian PPT is cancelled. I am assuming that with your PR status, it allows you to work unless you apply for a new PR status based on your Portuguese Nationality/Passport. All the best.

Johnson - Be careful here. India does not allow dual citizenship, therefore you need to renounce your Indian citizenship or else you will face heavy penalties...
Suppose If I cancel the Indian Passort and my Permanent residence is on Indian Passport. So How can i travel to Ireland. Airline I can Show portuguese Passort. Immigration how to clear?
