Vas and Vaz is same. These divergences are normal and acceptable.

I hd corrected my passport. The agent registered my old passport. On my old passport my and my father's surname was in Vaz, but after correction i made it to vas. On assento it my surname came as Vaz and my father's its vas. It doesn't match to my new or old passport also.
