Lawyers can only request them but it still its the CRC case officers decision to accept the documents given or no, if they are satisfied they will process it or they will keep asking for documents till they are convinced. Unless the lawyers has links in CRC then its quite possible!

Lawyer
Does anyone in the forum know a very good lawyer who could convince the registrar and conclude the case?

The CRC has become too fussy because of fraud, you have to provide them with what they are asking or else they wont accept any other document, see if you have a lawyer he can only talk to them and request them to accept the documents provided by you, see if you cant find the TEOR, then its tough luck!

Grandfathers birth process
Dear Shayne,

Thanks for your prompt response. As a matter of fact I did send the copy of the baptism register book taken from the church along with the seal of the church and also the baptismal teor from the church was sent to them along with a letter from the parish priest of the church of the goa confirming he was baptized there.I have also located my great grand parents birth and marriage teors from the archives and it has been submitted to the conservatoria. But the process is stuck there as they are insisting on the birth teor and the process has been held for two years now.Im at wits end.

Could you kindly advice.

Regards,
Henry
