Dont be silly and listen to stupid agents!

Make proper use of what you have got, you will need a return travel ticket, accommodation proof, Funds proof (3 month statement atleast), if your working then company letter mentioning your going on leave. Your Indian Passport, Assent and BI.

Thats about it....

I actually have a copy of assento will it be done ? I don't have a Portuguese passport but only BI
The agent says that there are chances of getting rejected, please help shayne

If you have the assento and BI, your technically already a Portuguese citizen, so why would they refuse you a visa?
And why on earth would you apply for a German visa, sounds so ridiculous!
