Maxy, online teor search, you have try putting all the possible names of your parents, grandparents, surname, middle name, as the data updations are incorrect, but the teor is correct which is attached / uploaded once you find it.

If I am not wrong Maxy, 1911 records should be near the platto bridge office, and not in Junta house.

And did you try your mom's teor online.

what is her name and her birth date.

After step4 i.e. "Go to FRRO fill online Appointment form Get visa (valid for 6 months)".. you have to also apply for the OCI although I'm not sure if one makes the application for OCI card as soon as the india visa is obtained.. others pls advise on this step...

PP
Can someone breakdown the process to followed once we get the Portuguese passport in hand.
Don't want to lose those precious days trying to figure out things and messing up and paying a fine to government.
How long can one stay in India once we get the PP in hand?

1. Go to FRRO at dhobi talào and take
Acknowledgment receipt
Affidavit format (if married)
Undertaking form

2. Go to Worli, Manish commercial centre
Pay 5000 (if not travelled abroad after acquiring Bi)

3. Collect cancelled Indian passport after 7 days
Submit copy of BI
Copy of passport
Copy of Aadhar card
1 photograph with white background
BMC Birth certificate (original? Or attested & notarised ...not sure..please confirm)
Church marriage certificate
Affidavit from court (marriage) ( what is this?)
Cancelled ration card.( I don't have one)
Cancelled election card

4. Go to FRRO
fill online Appointment form
Get visa (valid for 6 months)

Roy
Roy plz go read your posts during the last week of Nov 2017...its around page 69. You have been asked to get out by Shayne and Louis.
You have been a trouble maker all along and a jealous passport agent who has zero business! I fully agree with my friend Manuel who has done more social work than you in Goa.
