I'm applying for a Portuguese visa and was wondering how many copies of criminal records do I need to take? Some of my friends say I need two criminal records and some say one criminal record should be okay. I'm lost! Can someone help me....Thanks!

I am a refugee in Geneva,bot my ID is normal and I don't have citizenship and also i can't to travel to any European Country ,I want to know if i want to marriage with someone from Portugal but she lives in Stubal ,have possible to marriage in Geneva or what do you have suggest for me? , I will be happy if you guide me in this case.

My friend Mr. Francisco da Roza who resides in Hong Kong suggested I contact you regarding some questions I have on the passport issue the Portuguese from Shanghai had in the 1980s and 1990s. I am currently writing a book on the Portuguese community in Shanghai. I have already been published on 2 pictorial history books on the Portuguese of Hong Kong and another on the Diaspora Macaense to California. This last one of the series will be on the Portuguese of Shanghai.

Mr. da Roza said you were once with the Portuguese Consulate in Hong Kong and will be familiar with this chapter of the book I am writing about.

I have approached my first cousin Manuel Pacheco Jorge Barreiros, former Portuguese Ambassador to several countries in Europe. He has given me some information on Portuguese law with regard to this aspect but is not personally familiar with what had taken place. I hope you can help me.
