Please be inform that MR. JORGE MANUEL PEREIRA RIBEIRO, half Portuguese and half French, so he says, is presently detain at CAMP BAGONG DIWA, TAGUIG CITY JAIL, CELDA6,2nd floor CUERNA.
If you could check him out as soon as possible as his health is deteriorating and his scheduled operation was interrupted of his present situation.
Please inform his family, friends and even the government, he's an ex-military, so they can assist him and he can return to his country safely.
