Dishonesty
Is true that there is a lot of discrepancy at the embassy. Why are they not allowing people inside to report and lodge their complains.Very undemocratic.

As for A.V.A. those people are very stupid and very dishonest and always steal documents from people for their selfish interest and the embassy doesnt want to know. What a pity and SHAME

Dishonest portuguese embassy
The reason i called the portuguese embassy dishonest is because they laisse with their agent Ava to cover up their dishonesty. i tendered my application at ava on the 11th.of may and kept it up to two months and finally stole my bank statement.I faxed the embassy and let them of what Ava did but they decline to coment. Is the most inefficient embassy i ever seen

I am the above named person Portuguese citizen studying International Business Studies combined Language at the Liverpool John Moores University Commenced 2002 – 2006. I have been convicted in some one else is name called Liel Adilson Jose Mendes, Judge George and DC couthard police from Liverpool cleam that I am Mr. Mendes but Mr. Mendes still lives and working in London. If they would contact Job centre, National Insurance and London Marriages services they will find his details that they cleam I am. While I am Julio Fafe and they refused to contacted Portuguese Authorities to find out who I really I am, because they are aware and they know full well that if they would contact them there is no case against to me.


During the trial Mr. Judge George (Liverpool court) and DC Couthard Liverpool Police Officer took all my Portuguese documents which is is Passport, I.D card n: 12435367, Birth Certificate, Liverpool John Moores University Student Card Bank Card and my car Audi A4.
While I was serving four years sentence in UK HMP, I have been treated badly by the Prison Officers, they have been contacted by the Police Officer DC Couthard to keep my letters not to send them to my families and friends.
Also when I invite solicitors to visit me they force me to move to different Prisons, this is the Prisons I have been to: HMP Liverpool, HMP Risley, HMP Leeds, HMP Everthorpe, HMP Hull, HMP Holme House, Immigration Centre in Glasgow and the last place they took me is the Mental Heath Care Clinic in Glasgow. While I was there the Officers and Doctors have been tall to treat me like Animal because they handcuff me and put me down on the floor and they injected me with some substance I believe to be poison.

I strongly believe that every Human being should be treated equal not treated differently because their colors of skin. When they send me back here in Africa, I went to Portuguese Embassy in Dakar – Senegal; I have explained to them what I have been through in UK. And they renewing my I.D card, before I receive the I.D card DC Couthard find out that I was renewing my documents to come back to UK, he know and aware that the Justice is transparent and for every one in UK. That why he sends people in Dakar – Senegal (Africa) to follower me and paying Portuguese Embassy workers to cover up for him because they stop me from entering Embassy and they refused to give me my I.D card. All these things happen with out Consul and Ambassador know, I try to see them but there no way I could do that.

This are the Portuguese workers who evolve with DC Couthard doing the crime here in Africa, want to kill me so that this case is over. People are very poor in here (Africa) and easy to tell them what to do, if you give them some money they will do what you want them to do for you. He gives them substance which I believe to be poison to try and kill me. Mr. Carlos deal with Portuguese Nationality, one girl from Cabo – Verde and another girl from Guinea – Bissau they all from Portuguese Embassy in Dakar – Senegal helping DC Couthard to do impossible. I still believe that there is some one in UK or every where in the world who wishes to help me to resolve this case.
