Comments on this Embassy
I need too help me i want too Australia and purtgal
I have been told that a double taxation agreement is about to be concluded between Australia and Portugal.
Is it so?
My company is interested in a joint venture with a Portuguese partner but our project is not possible if we have to pay taxes twice for the same income.
The Treasure told us that they are still working on the Agreement. I think this is vital for many people, who want to work together, and Portugal is an exception in the EU now: almost all Member States have an tax agreement with Australia.
Best wishes

Opening Hours (Consular Section) : 9:30 am to 1 pm (Last appointment 12:30 am)
I've been trying to contact the embassy and also the consulate over a month. I've sent emails and also left message in the answer phone.
No one contact me and I could not go through.
My passport is about to expiry, and I'm leaving overseas in the beginning of August .
I'm extremely disappointed , as one should be able to reach its embassy when in need.
