Dear Sir or Madam,
I am working in the logistic team for Dongfeng Race Team in the Volvo Ocean Race. The Volvo Ocean Race is coming to Newport, Rhode Island from May 3rd until 17th this year.
Some of my team members are Chinese citizens and they are aiming to fly to Lisbon, Portugal after the Newport stopover.
They are currently in China applying for their Shenghen visa, but their application has been rejected for the main reason that they are travelling too much to be “based in China” so they are told to apply from overseas.
My Chinese team members will be in Newport from May 10th until 18th and I would very much like to ask for your support to help us apply for their Shenzhen Visas from your embassy in Boston?
They are key to the success of our campaign.
Can we book for an appointment for them in Boston on Monday 11th early morning? If so what documents would you need?
