I have obtained a PhD scholarship to study in Portugal. I am a Ugandan but currently in Goettingen, Germany doing an internship. Is it possible for me to apply for the Visa to Portugal while i am still here since there is no embassy in Uganda. If i return to Uganda, it will take quite a while for me to obtain the Visa since i have to go to neighbouring Kenya where the embassy is found.
Confeciono compotas sem adição de acucar como prevençao na saude, utilizando fruta própria, de quinta familiar. Pretendo dar a conhecer este produto e gostaria de saber da possibilidade de o fazer no vosso país.
