Hague Convention Apostille
Hi and greetings to you. I'm a Nigerian seeking for postgraduate admission in a Portuguese University and I was asked by the school admission officer to send my transcript certified by Hague Convention Apostille but only for me to found out that Nigeria is not listed among the members of Hague Convention. Please do you suggest that I can do about it?

Thank you
