It's high time for Portuguese Embassy to follow the footsteps of other embassies like Italian,French,British,etc.Those embassies outsource their visa services to a reputable and competent international agency(Vfs)under contractual agreement to handle their visa services on their behalf.
this is the most unreliable embassy have ever get closer to in my entire life!Never keep to time of duration in issuance of visa.
