Having called this Embassy well over 8 times, finally was given another number to call for passport renewals. It has been days and I'm still trying to reach that other department. The website is sub par, it feels like no one is working there. Having 3 citizenship's it's quite clear which one i should give up. Totalny balagan!!!
Why does the Polish Embassy not have an official government domain webpage? The page they offer is some low-budget garbage, and is wholy unhelpful. What a major disappointment, and what a joke!
Also, why does it take several dozen attempts to call before reaching anyone? And there is no voicemail service... This is unacceptable for a government agency of any type, of any nationality.
Get with it, people need help. Especially since Poland doesn't offer foreigners with Polish children the same as USA offers Poles with American children: immediate residency and work rights. Another major folly.
I AM FROM TOGO AND A MEMBER OF FAUSTINUM IN VISIT TO MY CHILDREN IN THE USA . I HAVE TO MAKE MY ENGAGEMENT TOTALLY IN FAUSTYNUM IN KRAKOW ON THE 5TH OF OCTOBER I NEED TO BE THERE AT LEAT 3DAYS FOR THE REHEASAL.MY VISA TO USA IS UP TO THE 5THOCTOBER CAN I HAVE MY VISA FROM HERE TOKRAKOV BEFORE I GO BACK TO TOGO ON THE 31ST OCTOBER.IF POSSIBLE WHAT DO I NEED/ THANKS
