Could you kindly forward me the address where to apply for my birth certificate. I was born in Cieszyn Silesia,Poland. I understand I would have to send my application to Warsaw.

Dlaczego Konsulat w Montrealu i w Toronto jest otwarty raz w tygodniu do godz. 18.00 a konsulat w Vancouver nigdy nie jest otwarty dluzej niz do 16:00?
Mam prywatny biznes w ktorym pracuje sama wlasnie musialam go zamknac aby zalatwic sprawe w Konsulacie. Okazalo sie zreszta ze musze przyjechac jeszcze raz. Gdzie mam zlozyc petycje by chociaz raz w tygodniu zmieniono godziny otwarcia Konsulatu w Vanvouver

Hello,
The Polish Consulate in Vancouver has helped me in the past to locate two birth records of my grandparents in Poland for a fee. They also so kindly located their marriage certificate; however, I was trying to locate their actual "marriage record", which has more information on it; albeit in the Polish &/or Cyrillic Russian languages but I can again hire a translator.
Would you please be able to assist me on this search &/or refer me to the correct source?
My Grandparents names:
Marriage Date: October 6th, 1912
Place of Marriage: Plotsk (Plock), Poland
Name of Bride: Olga Schmeltzer (Szmelceroi)
Name of Groom: Edward Porat (Purat)
I will pay whatever the fee is via VISA.
Thank you, and best regards,
G. J. Patterson

Solve this matter in small steps, by applying for Polish passport, not the citizenship itself, as the rest will be done in the background. First obtain Polish passport yourself, as the passport serves as proof of Polish citizenship even if invalid. By default you are the polish citizen whether you are aware of it or not, because of your parents, details of Polish citizenships rules you can find on Wikipedia. Once you have your Polish passport, your daughter needs to apply for her passport, on the basis that at least one of the parent is Polish citizen. Good luck.
Hi! My name is Jan Koza, born in Germany and my parents were Michal and Stanislawa Koza, both were born in Poland - both since passed. We all immagrated to Canada in 1950, when I was 5 years of age.
My daughter, who is currently working in Bermuda, will be moving to Malta, with her fiancee and she needs of a European passport, in order to live and work there. I need your help to assist her toward obtaining a work visa, or whatever is necessary, to make this happen. Are you able to do anything for us?
I sent you an e-mail, several months ago and I'm seriously dissappointed when you didn't respond to me. I'd like to come and see you and hopefully speak to you, directly, about this matter personally.
Thx
Jan
