My grandfather as well as my grandmother on my father's side were Polish, they came from Lodz?Papianice.My father was born in Germany and so was I. Will I be able to get a ancestral visum for the Schengen States for my grandson and myself? My grandson was born in South Africa.

I am based in Durban and have just put through visa application for visit to Poland in July 2013. What is latest procedure please ? Do I need to travel to Pretoria to have fingerprints done ? Please advise
My father (deceased) was born in 1913 in Sokal. I was born and am a citizen South Africa. Do I qualify for Polish citizenship if so how do I go about this? Thanks
