Query about poland national work visa appointment
Anyone Help me to get poland embassy national visa appointment I got job offer from 01 july 2018 to 31 December 2018 now already 1 and hulf month expired. so I need appointment urgent can you guys help me to get appointment email - evils.squad@gmail.com

Appointment System Alert! Embassy of Poland!
(a)Is their any news about the system i.e. emailing system is going to change for taking appointments date?
(b) Do some staffs over their is cheating for money by allowing appointment dates? What are settings, if not how agents /con getting dates?
(c) if you arent giving appointment dates to applicant , what is the advantage of issuing work permit ?
(d) better give appointment date according to work permit issue date , people are waiting holding their work permit since 4-8 months, why cant you punctuate your so called system?
(e) Do you have any calculations how many work permit is issued per month in your country and how many appointments dates you are giving in 1 month?
(f) can anyone clearify that marked 9 after rejection , how embassy people notice that he is not going to stay in poland , astrologer staff or human mind reader???

I humbly request that please answer the above questions clearly. it is so much pleasure that you are giving chance to work to various intented people. And glad that so many people shade their life and future by struggling in Poland. Please system is nt so much appreciated for all.

This are my thoughts for Poland Embassy. I dont have any intension to criticize but create effective and simplest way to all applicants.

The timing you mentioned 8:00am-11:30am, is it the time slot for sending emails or via web portal?
It's been few weeks since i'm trying to get appointment, but it's really frustrating that i got nothing till now, not even a reply from their side.
I am really desperate to book the appointment but don't want to contact the agent or middleman as they charge a lot and still there will be chance of rejection which i don't want.

How to book appointments
We both study International Affairs and have a special interest in consular relations. We have interned in embassies in New Delhi. We know how embassies/consulates function from within. I will agree with you that the process is very much flawed at the embassy and consulate for Indians, HOWEVER, it does work seen as we have gotten our visa hardly 2 weeks ago.

Consultancies are just another fancy name for agents. I've also used them once being gullible just like you. It is people like that who are the customer base for these thriving entities. The embassy and consulate has strictly advised against availing their use on their website if you read! You will only lose your money and in few years down the line regret taking their services. Remember when the visa is rejected, your passport gets a stamp in it that you have been rejected a visa! So tread carefully if you want to with consulatancies/agents.

As for calling/emailing them. I do not know what tone you have been using with them in the email that they dont reply to you. Mr Prashant Mohan Raj is the Junior Visa Officer at the Embassy of Poland in New Delhi. He had replied to our email within a day.

We called several times in a day at the mentioned time till they picked up our call and addressed our queries. It isn't as if the Embassy/consulate isn't working at all. Their landline service is of MTNL which sometimes connects the calls and sometimes doesn't due to connectivity issues!

1. The timings you are trying at "3am-6am" is wrong. You are supposed to try from 8am-11:30am. Then again at 2pm-3:30pm.

2. Clear your cache and accept all cookies for that website. Use google chrome is you are using a Mac.

3. If you are emailng them then send them a screenshot of the portal in that to show you have proof that it isn't working.

4. Your email id is mentioned on the form where that form gets delivered. If you use a consultancy then they will use their email address which the embassy notices because you have to use your email id while filling up the form. They simply do not take 2 weeks to process each application. It is a thorough checking that happens on your application.

That is how we booked a slot and got a reply from them.

Etoken is fraud, they took away my money!!
Hello everyone, beware of these so called fraud and con guys named Etoken. They make very huge ass claims like they are the only one who are getting appointment dates, they will provide you real dates, they will charge money only after reserving appointment, etc.
But the truth is even they are not able to reserve any appointment now a days. They promised me 4 weeks ago that they will reserve my appointment, i even paid half of the money in advance just to get my priority ahead. But from the last 4 weeks they are delaying it by making excuses like their software was crashed, system was down, technical error, etc.
It's already been more than a month since they promised me.
Now it seems like i've made a mistake, wasted all this time.

I told them to refund my advance payment if they can't do my work. But they keep telling me same thing that my appointment will be reserved next week.

So anyone who is going to contact them for appointment beware and make sure you don't pay until you got the appointment, otherwise your money and time will be wasted..
