A note to Mrs Marilyn
Legal capacity to marry document your fiancee has to arrange himself in his local Civil office in Poland. This document is issued to marry a specific person ( you) so you will need to provide some details. I suggest that your fiancee contacts his local civil office about this matter.
Also, ask your local civil office what they require. All Polish documents must be translated into English language in Poland by a certified translator. It is not much time till February and I suggest to arrange everything quickly. Read my earlier posts on this site.
