I totally understand your frustration. This is why I try to assist people here.
Please provide your email address. When I know more details, I will call Department of Foreign Affairs in Warsaw and receive first hand information.
I called the embassy of the Netherlands and they don’t do any kind of legalization of documents for other countries unless it will be used in their country as well. They only process visas to Poland.
I tried calling the embassy in KL but I got no answer. I don’t know how people would get information if their office timings are only for two hours.
The Polish embassy here wouldn’t process the transcription and the passport unless it’s authenticated. It’s very complicated and frustrating now. Can you let me know if the same will be needed if we apply in Poland instead? Thank you.
I assume that your husband is Polish. I suggest to contact Embassy of the Netherlands in Makati. They represent interest of Poland in the Philippines.
Your matter is rather complicated. If needed, I can also enquire with Department of Foreign Affairs in Warsaw.
Polish Embassy in Kuala Lumpur do not respond to emails.
Leave here comments about results of your efforts. It may may important to other readers.

Hi, I need to apply for a Polish passport for my baby in the UAE but he was born in the Philippines. They require a legalized birth certificate from the Polish embassy but since there's no embassy in Manila I guess I have to do it in Kuala Lumpur. But I read here that they're useless. Can anyone advice me if I should go through with this or if there are any other solutions? Thanks.
Thank you W.W.T for the response, should he go to Poland civil registry to get the legal capacity? Because now he is living and working in Scotland. If he schedule to go to Poland to process all his papers should he send the legal capacity to Polish Embassy in Malaysia as we are getting married here in Philippines?Do you have an email?
You can reach me at brionna.muyco@gmail.com
Thank you,
I invite you to read my earlier posts about this topic. Embassy in Kuala Lumpur is totally useless. The best option for your fiancee i to obtain " legal capacity to marry" document from his local civil office in Poland. It has to be translated into English by a certified translator. In Maynila embassy of the Netherlands can provide some details in relation to visa requirements to European countries. Read my earlier posts..
Hi there, my fiancee and I are planning to get marry in August we are already processing our documents and we sent it to the Embassy of Poland in Malaysia but now we are trying to contact the embassy to confirm if they have received it and there's no response through phone and email. We are so worried, can anyone help? Or is there any alternate way to process documents?
I responded to this question several times on this page.
Please study my earlier responses to your question in last one and a half year or so.
Feel free to provide your e-mail address so I can respond to some other questions directly. Honorary Consulate in Fort Santiago does not provide ant assistance. In Maynila you can contact Embassy of the Netherlands as it represent interest of Poland.
Good day to you..i just want to ask about the legal capacity of my fiancee..
Given by the local civil registry in poland ..the legal capacity what we have have now is must have sealed ..
It is okay we go to poland consulate in manila to have that sealed or must go to malaysia for that..??
I really Appreciate your response.
I suggest to contact Embassy of the Netherlands in Makati which represents Poland. There is embassy of Poland in Kuala Lumpur but their services are useless.
I suggest that your fiancee obtains a work visa in Poland and look later at future plans. Currently work prospects in Poland are good, but a warning- salaries are quite low here. Feel free to provide your email address for a direct contact. Study my earlier postings on this website. Search >pinoys in Poland< for more details and contacts. I long term I suggest work in one of other European countries.
