I went to make my daughter's passport and i have been told to bring so many things ohhh my God,even british birth certificate was not acceptable and on top had to pay for the simple translations too much fees that once i thought i have been robbed. Well i had to pay and give them all those papers just for the passport written in polish language because i had to travel with my daughter. 1st telephone line is very cheap and other side customer service is very rude. I hope that they will make their efforts to improve their services for what they charge from us in English pounds.

been trying to get a visa from the polish consulate got to the reception and was told i had to make an appiontment over the telephone or send an email the phone is always busy and havn't got a reply from my email been trying for more than two weeks this by far the worst run consulate i have ever seen seen this even the african ones are better

HAS ANYONE EVER TRIED TO CONTACT THE POLISH CONSULTATE IN MANCHESTER? I HAVE BEEN TRYING NOW FOR 3 DAYS AND EVERY DAY THE PHONE LINES ARE ENGAGED NO MATTER WHAT TIME. WHEN YOU RING OUT OF HOURS IT GOES TO ANSWER MACHINE SO PROVES THAT THE STAFF ARE TAKING THE PHONES OFF THE HOOK!!!!!!!!!

Hello, does anyone know where i can find a place to hand in i Polish Identity Card? I Was handed it, and have no idea where to hand it in. It was found in a car that was recently bought by my Father. If so please send me a message on Facebook. Thanks.

Stranded Polish Nationals
We run a church drop in at Street Church, Worksop. Nottinghamshire. A couple of Polish guys have been using our facilities since losing their jobs and accommodation 3 weeks ago. They have been sleeping on the street because they cannot access local hostels withoult money or access to benifits . We received very good advice from the lady who took our call. he was very polite and helpful. Thank you so much.
