Lost my ID
I am trying to contact Polish embassy or consulate for about two days, and nobody picks up the phone or they keep giving new phone numbers.

I've lost (or they might be stolen) all my documents and need to make a new passport or ID card. What will be procedure to make new documents, what documents do I need to bring (don't have ID, passport or driving license). I have certificate of birth, i know my passport number, what other documents might help to identify my personality?
