I am a Polish citizen and I recently moved to Kampala. I am looking to make contact with Polish community, if such community exists here. My email address is kasiatra@mac.com
I also would like to apply for Polish passports for my children who currently hold US passports. I would like to find out if it is possible to do it here, in Kampala and if yes, what would I need.
