While paying the highest regards to the Government of Poland & Embassy of Poland in Kabul, We would like to submit that our Azizi Hotak Group Technical Officer would like to visit Poland for Business Trip related to Azizi Investments Company .
We have received the invitation letter at 16-July-2010 from MMPetro Company Poland for the same.
We have imported the Machines number 30 earlier and again going to import, so more so he is required to visit to take Training related to Machineries.
Further we confirm that all the travel expenses and other expense on account of visit to Poland for the below persons will be borne by our Company.
Therefore, we request you to please guide us how get to proceed the visa procedure and where from can I get the visa .
