Inquiry about renewal of Polish Government official travel id
Dear Sir/ Madam,
My wife , Natallia Zavatskaya has been officially classified as a political refugee under the protection of the Polish Government 4tht, and her ID document expires on April 4th 2014.
She is about to apply for a spouse visa to live with me in The United Kingdom as my wife. We have been advised that she should renew her ID(it has been valid for a two year period over the last decade or so, before she puts in the spouse visa application to the UK Border Agency. She is currently in Germany so can she renew her ID Document at your Cologne Consular Office?

Yours Sincerely,
Andrew Tunick
