I submitted and got accepted in an international community development organization called AIESEC 2 days ago ago, where I chose a project in Wroclow, Poland to attend in this summer starting in 17th of june.
Please I would like to ask few questions and be informed about all procedures I would undertake to apply for the short term Visa.
1. When do I have to arrange an appointment with the embassy and how long does the procedure take till I'm informed about the acceptance/rejection?
2. What papers do I have to provide regarding my academic and military status in the embassy interview, what other documents do I have to show up with?
3. Is there any problem if I reserved an appointment before I receive the official invitation letter?
4. What are the fees I have to take care of during the process of the Visa.
